Sound familiar?

  • Not sure how to use AI effectively in your business – or where to even start
  • Your website needs building, improving, or rethinking – but it keeps getting deprioritised
  • No clear system for finding new clients or managing outreach
  • Operations that work but only because you're holding them together manually
  • You don't have a clear picture of your cashflow or finances – you're operating on instinct rather than numbers
  • Overwhelmed by tool and platform decisions that never seem to resolve
  • Unsure whether your pricing reflects the value you actually deliver
  • You know traffic and visibility matter but tools like Google Search Console feel like another rabbit hole
  • Capable and making it work – but the business side is exhausting

You're good at what you do. But suddenly you're responsible for everything else too.

Big consulting firms are out of reach – and even if they weren't, you'd get a strategy deck, not someone actually building things with you. That's what a Sprint is for.

Why I work differently

I founded and ran a regulated airline training company for over 20 years – responsible for everything from finance and operations to sales and marketing. I know what it's like to wear every hat.

  • We scope it together on a call (no waiting for proposals)
  • I work with you hands-on – actually building things with you, not just advising
  • You see tangible progress every week
  • We move fast because you've been stuck long enough

Building, not just advising.

What a Sprint looks like

Every Sprint is different – shaped around your business, your priorities, and where you're stuck. The three themes below give a sense of the territory, but in practice most Sprints draw from more than one area.

Brand & Launch

  • Brand identity and positioning
  • Website build and launch
  • Professional email and workspace setup
  • LinkedIn profile optimisation

Sales & Growth

  • Target market research and lead generation
  • Outreach strategy and email sequences
  • Sales process design
  • Partnership development support

Systems & Operations

  • CRM selection and setup
  • Email marketing and templates
  • Process documentation and automation
  • Tool evaluation and implementation
  • Financial visibility and reporting setup

Whatever the focus, I'll build what I can, source the right specialists for what I can't, and manage it all hands-on.

Why this approach works

Honest truth: I don't know everything about every business function.

What I do know is how to research and learn fast, make effective use of tools and AI, and reach out to specialists when needed – then shortlist and negotiate with them on your behalf.

That breadth – rather than deep specialisation in one area – is exactly what small businesses need. Not another expert in one thing, but someone who understands the whole picture and can pull it together.

Who this works best for

  • You're good at what you do but the business side is getting in the way
  • You're ready to invest in getting things properly set up
  • You want hands-on help, not just strategy and advice
  • You make decisions and move – you don't need to deliberate endlessly

Sprint options

Sprints typically focus on one of three areas – or a combination:

  • Launch (build from scratch)
  • Growth (increase revenue)
  • Streamline (efficiency/automation)

Optional monthly retainer: £900 to £2,700 for 1-3 days per month afterwards, but only if you need and want ongoing support. Cancel anytime.

My goal is that you won't need me for too long.

The process

  1. Book a free initial consultation (up to 45 minutes)
  2. We'll talk through your current challenges and scope out what's needed together
  3. If it's a good fit, you'll have a simple agreement straight after
  4. We can start the following week

No proposals. No discovery phases. No waiting.

FAQs

How is this different from hiring specialists?

Hiring specialists means finding a designer, developer, marketer, and systems person separately – each with their own brief, timeline, and invoice. I assess what you need, build what I can, source specialists for what I can't, and manage everything. One person who understands the whole picture.

What if I only need help with one thing?

That's fine. We can do a focused sprint on just that area. Or consider Ad Hoc Consulting if it's truly a quick fix.

Is this good value?

Compare £5,500 to £9,500 for a comprehensive Sprint against £10k or more for a website alone, or the cost of your own time spent struggling through it. Most clients recoup the investment quickly once things are properly set up.

Do you work in my industry?

I work across industries – that variety is what I love. The business fundamentals (brand, systems, sales) are similar whether you're a photographer or a physiotherapist.

What if I'm not sure that I'm ready yet?

Book a free initial consultation anyway. I'll give you honest advice about whether now is the right time and what you should focus on first. Sometimes Ad Hoc Consulting is a better starting point – a lower commitment way to get some things sorted and get a feel for how we work together. No obligation either way.

Ready to get unstuck?

No pitch deck. No obligation. Just an honest conversation.
